• The George will offer American classics, signature dishes, and a full bar, with options like the George French Dip, Steak Frites, and Badge 13 Burger.

• Co-owned by Will Cullen and Dave Miller, known for successful ventures like Empire and Elements at Water Street.

• The menu will focus on elevated takes of familiar dishes, with exceptional attention to ingredients and craftsmanship.

Why it matters: The George isn’t just another restaurant—it’s a tribute to Naperville’s history, honoring George Laird, the builder of the Pre-Emption House, and other notable Georges in the city’s past.
