Northbrook is about to get a golfer’s playground. PGA Tour Superstore just signed a lease for a 30,000-square-foot location at Willow Festival, complete with eight simulators, an 850-square-foot indoor putting green, and same-day club fittings. It’s the retailer’s fourth Chicagoland store, and a big win for the North Shore’s golf crowd. ⛳

⛳ PGA Tour Superstore Tees up 30,000-Square-Foot Location in Northbrook
Driving the news: PGA Tour Superstore is expanding its Chicagoland footprint with a new 30,000-square-foot store at Willow Festival Shopping Center in Northbrook, set to open this fall.
Details:
The store will be located at 1072 Willow Road and marks the retailer’s fourth area location, joining Downers Grove, Schaumburg, and Vernon Hills.
Inside: eight TrackMan-powered simulators for fittings and practice, an 850-square-foot indoor putting green, and a dedicated simulator showroom featuring more than a dozen launch monitors.
Services include custom club fittings, same-day “Fit & Go” service, and on-site club repair.
The store will also carry men’s, women’s, and juniors’ apparel and footwear.
Why it matters: With more than 90 golf courses nearby, Northbrook and the North Shore have a strong golf culture. This store adds a new destination for players to sharpen their game locally, while drawing shoppers and foot traffic to the broader retail corridor.
The big picture: PGA Tour Superstore continues to grow in major suburban markets, blending traditional retail with hands-on practice space and tech-driven instruction. The format is designed to serve everyone from beginners to low-handicap golfers.
Between the lines: Willow Festival’s operator, Regency Centers, sees the addition as part of a strategy to match retailers with local lifestyles. Golf isn’t just a hobby here, it’s part of the community fabric.
What’s next: A grand opening is expected this fall, with an official date still to be announced.
